...In 1928, the founder, Ubaldo Tesi decided to use part of the land destined to the cereal growing, to the cultivation of fruit-bearing plants... This is how the great adventure started, and during the following years, in spite of the war and all the difficulties deriving from it, thanks to his great ambition, determination, and strong will, between the 1960s and 1970s, the "Tesi Ubaldo e Figli" Company, became one of the first plant nursery companies in Pistoia exporting in Europe.
All this was possible thanks to the great courage of Ubaldo and his sons Giovanni and Rolando that, even if young at that time, assumed the reins of the company and started to become well known all over Europe.
Today, the "Tesi Ubaldo e Figli" company exports in the most important countries in Europe, keeping the same old traditions and efforts in the production of different varieties of any kind and species of ornamental plants, thanks also to our region Tuscany that, with its climate and geographical position, allows the cultivation of almost all the varieties of plants.
Our family-managed system, supported by qualified and efficient collaborators, allows us to directly follow the client in all his requests. The best advertisement for us is represented by our clients, who are first of all friends. The trust that they show us every year, coming and visiting our nurseries, makes us proud and allows us to continue our work in this direction.
